Mary of Nazareth School

STREAM

STREAM is the intentional integration of the individual disciplines of Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics that is built on a foundation of our Catholic faith in order to develop communication skills, critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration among our students. In an effort to prepare children for life in the 21st Century, all students at Mary of Nazareth receive STREAM instruction.

STREAM activities involve problem-based challenges that teach a concept across a variety of subjects. At the same time, students are exposed to the engineering design process and encouraged to adopt a growth mindset. The overall aim of Mary of Nazareth's STREAM initiative is to develop academic curiosity and a passion for life-long learning.
