Extended Care
Extended care registration for the 2026-2027 school year is now available. Families must register each year to use extended care services. New families will need to set up an account prior to registering. Detailed registration instructions, the new account set up link, and the registration link for existing accounts are available below. A registration fee of $25 is required with a credit card to complete the process. If you are not charged the registration fee during the registration process, it will be posted to your account.

MSDE Office of Child Care Emergency Form HERE
A MSDE OCC Emergency Form must be completed for each registered child. The form is 2 sided. All components of the form need to be completed, if there is a section that does not pertain, you are to add an N/A. The completed form should be emailed to extendedcare@maryofnazareth.org or a copy can be sent into the front office, attention: extended care.

Please Note the Following:
All students who are not picked up by end of carpool will be sent to extended care and charged for their attendance.
All students must be signed out each day that they attend after care. If no time is noted, you will be charged until 6 PM. Late fees are assessed $5.00 per minute after 6 PM.
All students attending extended care must be registered. Unplanned drop-ins will be contacted to complete online registration.
