Memorials

Beloved deceased of the Mary of Nazareth School community may be recognized through the school’s Memorial Program at any time during the year. The program offers families a unique opportunity of prayer for the souls of their departed loved ones.

• Inscribed on a brass plate, your loved one’s name is posted on the school’s entry wall.
• All individuals named will be included in the prayers of our faculty, staff and students.
• This opportunity is available for a contribution of $250.00 to the school. All gifts are tax-deductible.
• Gifts may be made by cash, check or credit card. Please contact us at any time during the year for additional information or print out and complete the Memorial Program Donation form and mail your gift to the school.
